Affiliate Program Rules

1. Promotion

1. Our partners can post on any site or platform, including, but not limited to, their own and third-party sites, blogs, and social networks.

2. We accept traffic from all countries. There are no restricted countries or regions where marketing activity can be conducted.

3. Retargeting or remarketing is not considered as paid user acquisition. An affiliate would not be rewarded for these users.

4. We oppose any site or platform that replicates Strats Labs's design, functionality, name (including the domain name), or services. Such websites are likely to mislead users.

5. Discounts or special offers are not allowed in your message unless Strats Labs explicitly authorizes such discounts.

6. Spamming is strictly prohibited.

7. Purchasing a Strats Labs subscription through one's referral link is prohibited and goes against our affiliate program. This behavior will not be rewarded and will result in no commission.

8. It is forbidden to use two or more accounts.

9. You should create and use the referral link provided by "Go Aff Pro" to refer to incoming client traffic processing.

2. Commissions

1. As a member of the Affiliate Program, you'll receive a fixed amount depending on the kind of subscription a referred user purchases. Typically, for all plans, you will receive a 30% share for every first monthly subscription purchased by a referred user, and this figure is rounded off towards a higher figure, as explained in the commissions section of the Affiliate Page. You can withdraw these funds soon after no chargebacks or refunds from clients referred. We suggest PayPal, but we can also accommodate alternative payment methods in the future.

2. A 90-day cookie. When your potential customers are redirected to Strats Labs after clicking one of your links,  they will have a cookie stored in their web browsers that links them to you. This cookie is stored for 90 days. If your referrals sign up within 90 days, they will be assigned to you.

3. Attribution Window. The attribution window is 90 days. After new users sign up through your link, they have 90 days to make a subscription purchase or opt for a trial. If a user chooses a trial month or gets additional privileges, such as starting the plan on a delayed date, after our sales team approves such custom requests, the attribution window extends 90 days after the trial period ends. Rewards for purchases made within this extended 90-day period will be credited to your partner account.

4. The affiliate receives a commission for new users only. If a referral previously registered an account with Strats Labs, the Affiliate Program would not identify this referral as a new user, and therefore, the affiliate would not be rewarded for this user. Multiple emails will be used, completely banning both the user and the affiliate. If you encounter any technical difficulties, please explain your situation to our support team first. Our fraud detection algorithms continuously monitor for potential bad actors.

5. Refunds and chargebacks are deducted from the affiliate's commission to accurately reflect that the referred user did not complete the subscription process.

6. Strats Labs calculates the commissions that affiliates generate every month. It uses its own data to provide partners with accurate information.

7. Instant Enrollment and Verification of Withdrawals: Effective immediately, anyone can become an affiliate once they've completed an application! New affiliates can access your account's safety, security, and validation of their affiliate dashboard, links, and creatives. However, withdrawal of funds must be verified by our sales team to ensure the safety, security, and validation of your account. Affiliates will be expected to demonstrate where their traffic comes from (social media, website, links, etc.) and the resources used to drive traffic.

 

3. Payouts

1. For smaller amounts, payouts can be made as soon as two weeks. For more frequent and larger amounts, we prefer to send them out monthly (within 40 days).

2. The payments are typically sent within the first 2 weeks of the following month. Payouts submitted after the 20th will be processed in the following month's payment cycle.

3. Payouts are made through PayPal only. You need a PayPal account to receive your payment.

4. Failure to include your PayPal email will result in the rejection of payouts in 12 months. It is the affiliate's sole responsibility to ensure that the payment details are accurate. If an affiliate provides incorrect information, the payout will be rejected.

5. Please note that Strats Labs has temporarily stopped working with specific locales due to our inability to guarantee service availability. Currently, we cannot the affiliate's responsible for ensuring support for residents of some regions, including Iran.

 

4. Responsibility

1. We reserve the right to refuse payment if we establish that you have violated the rules or used dishonest tactics to acquire subscribers. Your account will be permanently blocked, and your payments will be refused.

2. Strats Labs is not responsible for an affiliate's traffic-generating activities. The affiliate guarantees that his/her actions do not violate laws, legal acts, or other rules and regulations applicable to the affiliate.

3. Strats Labs is not responsible for paying taxes an affiliate is subject to in the state of his tax residency. Payment of legally established taxes, fees, and other obligatory payments shall be a duty and responsibility of an affiliate.

4. We keep the exclusive right to modify or update these Rules at any time, with or without prior notice. It is the affiliate's responsibility to review these Rules from time to time to check for updates.

5. Strats Labs is not responsible for any inconvenience the third parties may cause.

 

5. Personal Data

1. By signing up, you agree to the processing of personal data and receiving marketing communications and promotional offers from the Strats Labs Affiliate Program.
