Subscription Based Membership Plans and Digital Goods Fulfillment policy on stratslabs.com

In order for our customers to be able to determine how we fulfill orders. Here we explain our policies as to be clear of how our business manages:

• Refund policy — We have a NO REFUND policy on our subscription based membership plans of digital goods. This means once you purchase your SUBSCRIPTION, we will not return your money. This is a SUBSCRIPTION Service, so this means that the payment gateway (PayPal or your credit card company) will automatically charge the amount of your subscription EVERY CYCLE (depending on the plan and discount code you use, it could be every month, every 12 months, or however the plan you choose expressly says so) unless you cancel your service before the next billing cycle. Do not file any cases with PayPal or your credit card specially after the gateway has already charged your next subscription, because this is a digital good and we will prove you’ve used the service and you will lose your case. If you still feel you need to contact us and explain your special situation do so at support@stratslabs.com.

• Return policy – We have subscription based plan of digital goods with a free trial period to test the service. Once after the expiry of free trial period, there is NO RETURN procedure on a digital good, as once you signed up and paid you have immediate access to the digital goods and regardless of if you like or dislike the content of the digital goods, you have already taken possession of them. Therefore, our free trial period would have given ample time to test the service by the time you purchase a subscription based membership plan. Please be aware of this before you sign up and pay.

• Cancellation policy — Subscription based plans require customers attention in order for them not to be billed on a service they no longer want or require. You can login to your membership area on stratslabs.com using your crednetials you used to signup and cancel subscriptions from there.

• PayPal Cancellation: Although, cancellation from the membership area is sufficient, you can also check on paypal website. This procedure requires you to login to https://paypal.com and go to your ACTIVITY link on the upper header of their website and click on all transactions. Once you are in All Transactions you must search for Strats Labs, on the search bar and this will bring up your latest subscription with stratslabs.com, you need to click on that subscription. Once the details of the subscription have been shown you need to search for the Status of that subscription and press on Update, where you can proceed to pause or cancel the subscription.

• It is very important to note the this has to be done before your next billing cycle or the next payment of your subscription has gone through. Once payment has been retrieved from your account the service or subscription is considered renewed.

We grant all users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display this Website and the material provided hereon, and the Fee-Based Subscription Products that you subscribed to, for your personal, noncommercial use, provided that you comply fully with the provisions of this Agreement. You agree not to assign, transfer, or sublicense your rights as a registered user of, or subscriber to, this Website and/or our Fee-Based Products. You understand that only you may use your user account and password, and that your subscription to our Fee-Based Products is only valid for your personal, noncommercial use and may not be shared with others. We offer free trial memberships for new members. Members are only allowed one trial membership. If you cancel your paid membership, you may not rejoin with a trial offer. If you try to circumvent the activation fee by using a different username, you will be completely blacklisted from our site forever.
